Yes. Our minimum rental term is 3 months. You can choose a contract that renews monthly or sign up for a term of up to 12 months.

You can pay by Visa or Mastercard via our online booking tool, we also accept SEPA direct debit on request. The first month’s rent is due immediately when booking, followed by automatic monthly payments on the date of your original booking.
You cannot register your business at your storage unit. However, Spacegenie is committed to offering business-friendly storage solutions. Our storage units provide convenient and cost-effective space to store inventory, equipment and materials for small and large businesses.
Perishable foods, hazardous materials (gasoline, chemicals), live animals, and stolen goods are prohibited. A complete list can be found in our terms and conditions.
You can book your storage unit flexibly for your preferred start date - whether your rental begins tomorrow or several months from now.
Your deposit will be refunded within 1-2 weeks of the end of your rental agreement, provided all conditions have been met.
This requires the storage unit to be completely empty and cleared out. The unit can be handed over in two ways:
By photo:
You send us photos clearly showing that the storage unit has been completely cleared out.
In person:
The storage unit is handed over directly to our caretaker.
In addition, there must be no outstanding invoices or payments.
Important: The refund will only be made after the official end of the tenancy period. For example, if your contract ends on 30 September, the deposit will be transferred back to your account within 1-2 weeks of that date, provided that all the above conditions have been met.
After successful payment and ID verification through our online booking system, you will receive instructions on how to download the access app. Enter the same email address you used to book your unit. You can then use the app to conveniently open both the main gate and your rented unit.
