Yes. Our minimum rental term is 3 months. You can choose a contract that renews monthly or sign up for a term of up to 12 months.
With 24/7 video surveillance at all entrances and access to facilities only with a personal PIN code you know your goods are safe. You can bring your own lock for your personal unit - so no one but you has access.
You can pay by SEPA direct debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Google Pay. The first month’s rent is due immediately when booking, followed by automatic monthly payments on the date of your original booking.
You cannot register your business at your storage unit. However, Spacegenie is committed to offering business-friendly storage solutions. Our storage units provide convenient and cost-effective space to store inventory, equipment and materials for small and large businesses.
Perishable foods, hazardous materials (gasoline, chemicals), live animals, and stolen goods are prohibited. A complete list can be found in our terms and conditions.
You can book your storage unit flexibly for your preferred start date - whether your rental begins tomorrow or several months from now.
Once you have handed over the storage unit and our caretaker has inspected it, your deposit will be refunded in full.
After successful payment and ID verification through our online booking system, you will receive an access code for the main gate. You can then conveniently open your unit using our Spacegenie app.
